Privacy & Data Protocol
Effective Date: 11 April 2026
Nerodyn Digital (“we”, “our”) is committed to absolute data integrity. This protocol outlines our data acquisition, routing, and protection methodologies in compliance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
1. Telemetry & Data Acquisition
We acquire data through direct Client input and automated system telemetry.
Submitted Capital: When you initiate a Diagnostic Audit or contact us, we collect your name, enterprise entity name, email address, website URL, and provided operational metrics (e.g., ad spend).
System Telemetry: When you access our infrastructure, our global edge networks automatically log standard diagnostic data, including IP addresses, browser types, latency metrics, and interaction paths.
2. Data Utilisation
Acquired data is utilised strictly for the following operational purposes:
- Executing diagnostic audits on your current digital infrastructure.
- Communicating architectural proposals, deployment updates, and billing.
- Optimising the performance and security of our own native codebases.
3. Third-Party Routing & Edge Networks
We do not sell, trade, or leak your operational data. However, to achieve sub-second latency and autonomous functionality, data is routed through elite third-party infrastructure:
- Form Processing: Audit requests are routed securely via Formspree.
- Edge Deployment: Our architecture is hosted and distributed globally via Cloudflare/Vercel edge networks.
- Autonomous Agents: If you interact with our AI systems, query data is processed by industry-leading LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI) via secure API endpoints.
4. Your Jurisdictional Rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you maintain the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold regarding your entity.
- Request the correction or deletion of inaccurate data.
